Grants and other forms of funding and support are key in helping Icsid develop and implement its many projects and programmes. We thank the organizations below for supporting this work and sharing our vision of designing a better world through industrial design driven innovation.

Montréal International (MI) is a non-profit organisation created in 1996 as a result of a private-public partnership. Its mission is to contribute to the economic development of Greater Montreal and enhance its international status. MI is financed by some 100 members from the private and institutional sectors, as well as the Governments of Canada and Quebec, the Montreal metropolitan Community Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal and the City of Montreal.

The University of Brighton Design Archives is an internationally significant research base with a curatorial team that initiates and promotes collaborative activity through a programme of projects. Founded on a scholarly resource focusing on British design and global design organisations in the twentieth century, it has been contributing substantially to the research profile of the University for over 20 years. The Design Archives welcome scholars and students from many academic disciplines researching the designed environment, the design profession and design practice.
