The objective of the IP Seminars is to provide training and a platform for knowledge sharing on specific IP issues.
The comprehensive programme will cover presentations and discussions on a wide range of aspects related to designs. The two–day virtual IP Seminar on Designs: The future is now will focus on infringement, effective enforcement measures, interesting cases, design promotion initiatives, as well as the impact of current legislation on design protection and on EUIPO practices.
In addition, the IP Seminar will include a roundtable session on digital design with case studies, as well as a relevant and up–to–date focus on Metaverse products and AI–generated designs.
