Twelve years of design and innovation transformation becomes a global collective — four practices, four ways in, and a proprietary AI agent trained on its own client work.

Good design is good business. Today peergroup, an AI empowered collective of design & innovation leaders, opens at peergroup.global. It is the evolution of PARK USA, which spent twelve years leading design and innovation transformation across North America — more than 10,000 hours of training delivered, over 1,000 professionals leveled up, and more than 100 client engagements completed.

peergroup is built on a simple idea: peer, not podium. Senior people who have done the work sit at the same table as their clients. peergroup won’t tell clients what to do. It coaches, it challenges, and it builds the organization and culture, until design is a strategic business capability.

AI is now a commodity. Experience and expertise aren’t. Every organization has access to the same AI tools, so where is the edge? peergroup puts experience and expertise at the centre and uses AI to amplify the drivers — imagination, empathy, business intellect and applied intuition, applied all at once. That includes Debi, a proprietary agent trained on the collective’s own client work rather than on best practice scraped from the internet. Debi cites every source, never improvises credentials, and a human is always in the loop.

The collective works across four practices — Design for Business, Brand, Innovation and Design — and four ways in: Advisory to transform the organization, Mastery to master the capabilities, Community to connect with peers, and Experiences to experience the network through retreats and summits.

Those four doors are the PARK USA history made explicit: the audits became Advisory, the training and mentoring became Mastery, the offsite summits became Experiences, and Community is the part that was always happening informally between engagements.

“There is no lasting growth without design. Organizations create their greatest value when the needs of the people affected, business performance, and the consequences the business leaves behind are addressed together. That is the work: turning design into an enterprise-wide capability that delivers across people, planet and prosperity.”

— Jay Peters, Executive Director

“Clients bring us a problem and it is almost never where they think it is. A launch that slipped is usually a feedback problem. A portfolio that stalled is usually a leverage problem. We work the whole system rather than the symptom — people, planet and business together — and we redesign it to return more than it takes, because an organization that gives back to the people and places it runs on is simply one that is still there in ten years.”

— Stephan Clambaneva, Managing Director

peergroup opens with sixteen questions that give an honest read on where you stand across strategy, governance, capabilities and execution, with a complimentary audit for anyone who wants to go deeper. No pitch attached.
