Applications are now open for the Compasso d’Oro International Award, the global edition of the world-renowned Italian design award, founded in 1954 by Gio Ponti. It is the first time to accept international applications.

In collaboration with the , the special edition of the Compasso d’Oro International Award for 2025 has been inspired by the theme of the upcoming 2025 World Expo in Osaka, “Designing Future Society for Our Lives”, which will be held in Osaka from , , aiming at guiding the international community’s efforts in designing a sustainable society that addresses the needs and aspirations of individuals and their lives.
