Tiles written in Braille for the blind walker; an immense water carafe for storing drinking water in precarious areas; pieces of handicrafts made with communities at risk of social exclusion or a catalogue that rescues the forgotten Argentine industrial production of the last century.
These are some of the projects on display at the ‘Expanded Design’ exhibition of the Ibero-American Design Biennial (BID24), an exhibition that brings together a selection of projects by the most outstanding design professionals from all over Ibero-America and which can be visited at the Central de Diseño del Matadero Madrid (P.º de la Chopera, 14, Arganzuela, 28045 Madrid) and whose duration has been extended until 2 March.
