The Design Foundation of the Region of Valencia takes a step forward in the institutionalization of design by hosting the first edition of the Social Design Distinctions. These awards aim to highlight the impact of design as a tool for social transformation.
In this inaugural edition, the careers of Hilary Cottam and Manolo Bañó will be recognized for their contributions to social design, along with a couple of student projects by Juan Manuel Pedro Aránega and by María José Bustos Garnica.
The 2025 Social Design Distinctions ceremony will take place on Thursday, March 6, at 8:00 PM at Teatre El Musical (Plaça del Rosari 3, València).
