THE ECAL MANUAL OF STYLE: HOW TO BEST TEACH DESIGN TODAY?

Curated by designer Jonathan Olivares and ECAL Director Alexis Georgacopoulos, the exhibition surveys a selection of groundbreaking and defining projects by students and their tutors, leading to unconventional objects and revealed by a creative methodology in action. The exhibition shows these iconic projects and retraces their design process. In other words, it challenges the question “How to best teach design today?”. Join us to meet the students and their tutors, and celebrate the opening with us! On the occasion of the opening, Sabrina Handler, Deputy Director / COO, Vitra Design Museum and Alexis Georgacopoulos, ECAL Director and co-curator, will give an introduction to the exhibition.
