On Wednesday June 26, Deutscher Werkbund Hessen and Denzinger Gestaltung are organizing the World Industrial Design Day Frankfurt. Under the title »Shifting Paradigms? Design in Motion«, the relevance, values and roles of design in the world today will be discussed – this time at Frankfurt’s Museum Angewandte Kunst.
The event takes place in cooperation with World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026 Design for democracy. Atmospheres for a better life. WIDD is coordinated by the World Design Organization WDO; other partners are Verband Deutscher Industrie Designer VDID e.V. and ndion. WIDD Frankfurt 2024 is funded by the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Areas.
