The 2026 Golden Osmanthus Industrial Design Award (GODA) was officially launched in Nanning (China) on 2 July 2026. Hosted by the Golden Osmanthus Industrial Design Award Organizing Committee and organized by the Harbin Design Center and the Guangxi Future Intelligent Industrial Design Center, the competition comprises three categories: the Guangxi Products Renewal Track, the ASEAN Application Track and the Public Creativity Track.
The Guangxi Products Renewal Track focuses on Guangxi’s 10 major modern manufacturing industries and distinctive county-level industries. It invites entries in six categories: artificial intelligence, high-end equipment, smart transportation, food processing, home and lifestyle, and intangible cultural heritage and craft.
The ASEAN Application Track covers the same six categories and allows entrants to opt in through a “one-click selection, simultaneous evaluation” registration process, eliminating the need to submit duplicate application materials.
