From May 18 to 22, 2026, MIREA — Russian Technological University will host the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Professional Communications: From Term to Discourse” as part of the World Design Organization (WDO) and with the support of the League of Higher Education Teachers.
The conference is integrative in nature and aims to popularize scientific research in the field of professional communication, terminology and comparative linguistics, universal design, communication design and visual communications, information systems, discourse studies and teaching methods in higher education, to establish interdisciplinary connections, and to overcome the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
