Rural Design Days are organized by Silicon Vilstal, an rural innovation platform based in Lower Bavaria. Together with the Vienna-based informal group “Global Villages Network”, we also seek to generate common perceptions of the trends and opportunities, maybe even design patterns and desirable developments for the many variants of rural and peripheral areas worldwide.
